A stadium for the City of Graz
In 1996 HASLINGER was commissioned to construct, supply and assemble the Arnold-Schwarzenegger-Stadium. Due to the very limited space available in the construction area, the stadium setting was predetermined. The major challenge facing the steel construction was the construction of the strut-free auditorium and the lightweight roof construction made of umbrella-like elements.
The stadium was renamed the UPC-Arena in 2005.
