As part of the overall "Metzingen Bypass" construction project and as a result of the newly created B28/B312 traffic hub, the B312 underpass underneath the 4600 twin-track railway line had to be widened.
The Client, DB Netz AG, opted for a tied arch bridge with an orthotropic deck slab. HASLINGER STAHLBAU delivered and assembled the steel construction with the usual quality and reliability.
