Ennstal federal highway B320 joins the A10 Tauern motorway with Liezen at Flachau.
The steelwork for the massive, slender composite steel girders was assembled over just three days. Considering this short assembly period, the connection points in our production process had to be measured up at the location of assembly. The actual measurements were taken on the first day of assembly using lasers. The supporting structure was then assembled with just a few millimetres' tolerance.
Transportation to the location of installation proved to be a challenge, as there were some tight curves and roundabouts on this route. To ensure fast assembly, it was absolutely essential for all four shipments to reach the construction site at the same time.
