In the Pankow district in Berlin, the assembly capacities of Stadler Pankow GmbH were extended. The object of the project was the construction of the new assembly and erection hall.
HASLINGER STAHLBAU manufactured and assembled the steel supporting structure weighing around 1,600t and the crane runway girders for the assembly and erection hall. For the 2-bay assembly hall, 7t of supporting pillars, 8t of girders (l = 35m, h = 3m) and 17m and 8t of crane runway girders were installed. The assembly of the steel construction in the assembly hall was realised in just two months.
In a second construction phase, the technology control centres and the crane runway girders (80t) for the erection hall were assembled.
