BMW is expanding the pressing plant and production batch storage area in its BMW plant Leipzig with a steel construction. In June 2012, HASLINGER STAHLBAU was commissioned with the load-bearing construction.
The complete hall, consisting of box columns, trussed roof girders and gantry girders, complete with a finish coat, was built in just eleven months of construction time.
The scope of services rendered by HASLINGER STAHLBAU included detailed structural engineering, the factory planning, the manufacturing and coating, the transport and assembly on site.
