Robert Bosch GmbH extended its logistics building at its Karlsruhe site.
In February 2014, HASLINGER STAHLBAU was commissioned with the building of the steel load-bearing structure for the commissioning of building 116. The services rendered by HASLINGER STAHLBAU included the manufacture, delivery and assembly of the steel structure, as well as the manufacture of the encased concrete in the fire-resistant wall.
Due to the short lead time for planning, procurement of materials and pre-manufacture, as well as logistical coordination with the concrete factory, the individual parts had to be produced and supplied in the order of assembly. Perfect coordination with subsequent trades was required for adherence to deadlines.
