The tyre company Plankenauer GmbH, one of the leading tyre dealers in Austria, commissioned HASLINGER STAHLBAU to carry out the extension of the existing tyre store at their site in Villach.
The new hall extension was attached to the west wing of the premises and offers space for approximately 9,500 additional tyres. Due to the lightweight steel construction, it was possible to extend the existing building by a storage area without having to utilise the valuable land in the urban area.
The steel construction and the building shell were delivered just-in-time and assembled during the customer’s ongoing operations.
