The Berghofer Private Foundation had a multifunctional complex of buildings constructed on the site of the former Austria Tabakwerke tobacco factory in Schwaz in Tyrol: Stadtgalerien Schwaz.
HASLINGER STAHLBAU designed, manufactured, delivered and assembled the entire steel structure with a supporting shell made of trapezoidal profiles, and various panel façades, as always on schedule.
The extensive complex includes a shopping centre, an event hall, office space, as well as apartments and a two-storey underground car park.
