HASLINGER STAHLBAU once again carried out a major project as a general contractor for Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH, Germany.
Besides the extremely complex steel construction with unit weights of more than 60 tons, HASLINGER STAHLBAU was also responsible for the enclosure of the entire hall, including the door and ventilation technology. The construction consists of 3.8m-wide lattice supports with unit weights of approximately 46 tons and 25 m-long and 4.2 m-wide crane girders with unit weights of approximately 62 tons. Trusses and bracing profiles were also supplied and assembled.
After a building phase of approximately 9 months, the entire building was handed over to an extremely happy customer with no defects.
