HASLINGER STAHLBAU constructed the Königsfeld multistorey car park in Schwaz for the Stadtgalerien Schwaz.
The parking deck is divided into two underground levels, the ground floor and six decks above ground. The multistorey car park itself was erected as a steel construction. The two completely unconnected staircases were produced as a solid construction (reinforced concrete).
Using thermal measurement, the steel construction was designed to correspond to fire resistance class R30. Any increase in the height that might prove necessary was already taken into account in the static calculations.
The scope of services from HASLINGER STAHLBAU also included additive sheet metal and an Integra-PW car park safety barrier.
