HASLINGER STAHLBAU built the steel substructure for the helicopter landing pad in Magdeburg for Bayards Aluminium Constructies B.V. of the Netherlands, a leading international company specialising in special aluminium products.

The production, supply and assembly of this construction, which was elevated on the existing structure, required the expertise that HASLINGER STAHLBAU has accumulated because apart from the incompatible existing structure HASLINGER STAHLBAU also had to carry out the entire statical calculation again and quickly adapt to the circumstances.

Although HASLINGER STAHLBAU was only intended to act as the subcontractor for the steelwork it executed the entire project - including the building site logistics and roofing work - on time and then assembled the aluminium platform for the customer as well.
