Between the end of 2015 and the end of 2017, the Erzgebirgsstadion in Aue was concerted into a purely football stadium.
HASLINGER STAHLBAU supplied and assembled the complete roof construction made of welded steel profiles, these rest on the concrete supports in the area of the stands and freely project for up to 17m. The roof cladding with steel trapezoid profiles and light panels was also supplied as part of the total package.
Purple cladding along the edge of the roof - corresponding to the club colours of FC Erzgebirge Aue - was a familiar colour for the Carinthian assembly team, and awakened memories of their home club Austria Klagenfurt.
The construction work was adapted to the ongoing matches and carried out in subsections.
